What is included in personal support?
The right level of help depends on the step. Some services focus on preparing documents and an application remotely. Others include support before an appointment or help understanding the next step afterwards. Do I need to be in Portugal already?
No. Some preparation can happen before you move. Certain government appointments and final registrations must still be completed in person, so Ponte Portugal explains what can be prepared remotely and what you need to attend yourself.
Is this legal, tax or immigration advice?
No. Ponte Portugal provides practical relocation guidance. Rules can change and depend on a person, municipality and authority. For a legal, tax, immigration, financial, medical or emergency question, use the appropriate qualified professional or public authority.
What should I include in a first message?
